COLORADO'S CANNABIS EXPERTS

A Letter to our Clients

Dear Former, Current, and Future Clients of Denver Consulting Group;

We are pleased to provide additional details regarding Denver Consulting Group’s (DCG) merger with Medicine Man Technologies. We are currently under a binding term sheet that was executed the beginning of May, and are still working toward the finalization of the merger/acquisition.

In 2014, DCG began serving clients in Colorado and has quickly expanded to an international firm. The growth and development of our professional staff has evolved in a similar manner. We have attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. We recognize that our success is directly related to the success of our clients.

We believe the merger/acquisition with Medicine Man Technologies will allow us to provide a wider variety of services. In the cannabis industry finding and retaining excellent people is a constant challenge. A larger organization will also mean our associates will benefit from additional career opportunities, and be able to provide a greater variety of services to our clients.

Medicine Man Technologies and DCG share the same core values.  We have been working with Brett Roper and his team at Medicine Man Technologies developing a symbiotic relationship that will benefit employees, and our ever-expanding customer base. This merger/acquisition will also allow DCG to better provide products and service packages.

We want you to know that the following will not change:

  • You will continue to work with the same people in our firm. All of our people are being retained in their current roles.
  • The services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered by the combined firm.

Once the binding term sheet is finalized we will be moving our offices to Medicine Man Technologies’ offices located at 4880 Havana St Suite 201, Denver, CO 80239. Our existing phone numbers will continue to be operational, we anticipate consolidating phone numbers as soon as possible. We will continue to operate from our current offices until the sale is final.  All the contact information for us will remain the same.

If you have any questions about this exciting transition and what it will mean for you, please contact any of us at any time. We look forward to introducing you to some of our new partners and associates.

We are grateful to you not only for giving us the opportunity to provide you with consulting services, but also for your loyalty and friendship, which have enriched our relationship. We are confident that our new affiliation will serve all of us all well.
